1. Who we are
Indian Chargers, a sole proprietorship trading as Vobbix, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.

3. Why we are allowed to use it
To perform our contract with you when you order; with your consent for marketing; for our legitimate interest in securing the site; and to meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.
4. How we use it
To fulfil orders, provide support, handle warranty claims, prevent fraud, and — only where you have consented — to send marketing.
5. Who we share it with
Our payment gateway, our courier partners, and our hosting and IT providers. We do not sell your personal data.
6. How long we keep it
Order and tax records for eight years, as Indian tax law requires. Account data until you ask us to delete it. Marketing consent until you withdraw it.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may access your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Contact care@vobbix.com.
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site and cart to work. If we add analytics or marketing cookies we will ask for your consent first.
9. Security
The site runs over HTTPS, access to personal data is restricted, and card details are never stored on our servers.
10. Children
This site is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Grievance Officer
Privacy complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at care@vobbix.com. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within one month.
