Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Dispatch time
Orders placed on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time

Shipping charges
Shipping charges, and any free-shipping threshold, are shown in your cart before you pay. We do not add charges after checkout.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email and SMS when your order is dispatched. You can also see order status in your account.
Packaging
Every product ships in packaging that carries the manufacturer declaration required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, including country of origin and customer care contact.
Problems with delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact care@vobbix.com with your order number and we will chase the courier.
