The terms that apply when you buy from Vobbix.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Indian Chargers, a sole proprietorship, trading as Vobbix. Contact: care@vobbix.com.
2. Acceptance
By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including electrical specifications and ratings. Product images are representative and minor variations in appearance may occur between batches. Specifications will not change without the listing being updated.
4. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance takes place when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order due to stock, a pricing error, a delivery area we cannot serve, or suspected fraud.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Warranty
Products carry a 2-year replacement warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised modification or repair, damage caused by voltage outside the product’s stated input range, and normal wear of cables and connectors.
Claims require proof of purchase. Your order number is sufficient.
9. Correct use and safety
Our products must be used within their stated electrical specifications. Using a product outside its rated voltage or current, with an incompatible device, or with damaged cabling can cause damage or hazard. Check the specification before use. If you are unsure of compatibility, contact us before purchase.
10. Intellectual property
Vobbix and the content of this site are our property. Third-party brand names appear solely to indicate product compatibility and imply no affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
13. Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and the Information Technology Rules, complaints may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at care@vobbix.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
